12mo, pp. 575, [1]. Printed on India paper (the ‘Pica 12mo Thin’ issue). Contemporary rose taupe morocco, spine divided by raised bands, second compartment gilt-lettered direct, leather turn-ins, gilt flyleaves, edges gilt. Four binder’s blanks bound between pp. 274 & 275. Slightly faded and a touch rubbed at extremities, gilt endpapers oxidised to green from contact with leather, a few other marks, faint indentation to rear board.
