Notes

This updated reprint of Boyer's venerable 1699 French-English dictionary bears a Montrose imprint, but all the booksellers then listed are from further south: 8 in Edinburgh, 1 in Leith and 3 in Glasgow. The next printing, the 22nd of 1807, apparently has a Glasgow imprint but then names the Montrose printer D. Buchanan.Library Hub records just a single copy of this 1803 printing, at NLS.
