An early example of the bibliographical complexity which became something of a hallmark of the Foulis Press: issued as an octavo on two different sizes of paper and also apparently impressed as a duodecimo, with the octavo copies found bearing four different title-pages printed at various times in the 1740s. This is the primary ocrtavo issue on large crown paper, with gathering 2K mis-signed and corrected in MS and the title-page having Millar's name as 'Miller' in the imprint.
