The first British appearance of this text by Australian actor and author Frederick Matthias Alexander (1869-1955), first published in 1923 in the US, where he was based at the time. The follow-up to Alexander's 'Man's Supreme Inheritance', it continues his description of the foundation of his eponymous Alexander Technique. Early editions of Alexander's work are scarce on the market.
