A scarce travelogue of a journey from Scotland to Rome undertaken in 1877, taking in a lot of Italy on the way. Library Hub records just two copies, at NLS and Glasgow, and neither of them venture an attribution for the pseudonymous text. It seems to have always been somewhat scarce - we have turned up no contemporary reviews for it and a Watford bookseller had sufficient difficulty in obtaining a copy a little while after its publication that he advertised for one in an 1891 issue of The Publishers' Circular.
