FIRST EDITIONS, PROOF COPIES, SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, 3 vols, 8vo, pp. 361, [1]; 399, [1]; [viii], 281, [3]. Original terracotta wrappers printed in black, pictorial dustjackets. The dustjackets – sized for the intended hardbacks and hence too large for the proof paperbacks – rumpled at top edges with a spot of internal tape restoration to one. First two volumes with signed bookplates loosely inserted, third volume signed to title-page.

The complete Helliconia trilogy, each volume in an advance proof with its issued dustjacket - Helliconia Summer retaining a note of that status on the rear flap - and each with a signature of the author, two on inserted bookplates and the third signed directly to the title-page.
