PRESENTATION COPY, 8vo, pp. [viii], 155, [1] + frontispiece and 6 plates. Erratum slip bound in to rear. Original green cloth, front board decorated in black, spine lettered in black. Just a touch of foxing. A little rubbed to edges. Partially-abraded inscription to flyleaf: ‘To all at 20 Kingshurst Road with compliments of the author T.M.T. July 1934’.
