A follow-up to the case begun in January of 1785 between Alexander Penrose-Cumming and William Leslie, the latter accused of perjury in declaring himself a valid elector during the election of 1785. Leslie's defence rested in part on the charge being improperly brought, and this submission corrects Penrose-Cumming's libel accordingly. Kansas only in ESTC.
