Contemporary tree calf, spines divided by gilt rolls and rules, red and green morocco labels (the latter with red circular numbering onlays), other compartments tooled elaborately in gilt. Just a touch of toning and spotting, marginal tear to one leaf. Extremities just a touch bumped. Bookplates of Robert J. Hayhurst to pastedowns, ownership inscriptions of Henry Du Cane Junr. to flyleaves.
