The first printing of selections from the massive collection of folk songs formed by Gavin Greig and James Bruce Duncan in the early years of the 20th century. The full collection languished in notebooks until the 1980s when an enormous project to print the nearly 2,000-strong collection was undertaken by the Aberdeen University Press.
