The first edition (only issued in wrappers) of Derek Mahon's first book, many of the poems in which were written while Mahon was an undergraduate at Trinity College, Dublin. This collection was the Poetry Book Society Autumn choice in 1968; loosely inserted is that season's bulletin with writing from Mahon reflecting on the composition of the poems.
