Notes

An acessible guide to turning, aimed at making the art available to the hobbyist with an ordinary lathe - in recognition that by the time of writing wealthy amateurs with Holzapffels were diminishing in number. The preface explains that this is in part a result of those amateurs turning their attention and money to motorcars instead.
