A pamphlet on Scottish independence compiled by the first Scottish Nationalist parliamentary candidate to save his deposit, Oliver Brown (1903-1976). It is a collection of 'extracts from Hansard and other sources to show that Parliament has little interest in Scotland' (from the foreword) speculatively titled to cash in on the interest in space hardware following the launch of Sputnik 1 in October 1957.
This copy has been inscribed by the author to the title-page.
