Oblong 24mo, accordion-folded strip of 12 sepia plates, bound in glazed yellow boards printed in orange and blocked in gilt, backed in black cloth. Just a touch of wear to edges of boards.

An attractive small-format album of views of Edinburgh, drawn to resemble photographs and without attribution. Among the images are a view of Portobello Pier (open 1871) and one of the General Post Office in Edinburgh, without the expanded facade it gained in its 1907 remodelling.
