FIRST EDITION, 8vo, pp. 187, [3] + frontispiece and 1 plate. Original paper wrappers printed in dark blue. A little toned. Wrappers spotted and soiled, spine a little creased with wear to head. Ownership inscription to flyleaf dated 1942.
