FIRST EDITION, 4to, pp. [viii], 181, [3]. + frontispiece and 5 mounted colour plates, each with printed tissue guard. Original grey cloth, spine and front board blocked in blue and lettered in gilt. First and last leaves foxed, else some light spotting, one plate mount bound slightly proud. Edges a little bumped, binding just a touch marked. Gift inscription dated 1915, two ownership inscription and modern ink stamp of Cygnet Training Theatre to flyleaf.
