8vo, pp. xxx, 143, [1] + frontispiece, engraved title-page and 14 plates (four of them folding), all printed in sanguine. Original green cloth, spine blocked in gilt, front board blocked in gilt and blind, rear board blocked in blind, marbled edges and endpapers. Some foxing and light soiling. Extremities rubbed, binding strained at centre. Modern bookplate to front pastedown, gift inscription to title-page: ‘Walter Lewis Seaton from Aunt(?) Robert Cooper’.
