A fragile, early paperback reprint of this 1908 collection of mystery stories by Baroness Orczy, best-remembered today as the creator of The Scarlet Pimpernel. The Old Man in The Corner was recently republished by Pushkin Press under the title The Teahouse Detective. Library Hub does not record this paperback edition, which is undated but most post-date 1927 from advertised titles to inside wrappers.
