FIRST EDITION, 8vo, pp. 319, [1] + map frontispiece. Original light blue cloth, front board bordered with a dark blue rule, spine and front board lettered in dark blue. Some offsetting from binding glue to flyleaves. Spine slightly discoloured, a little rubbing to spine-ends. Bookseller’s ink stamp of W. & J. Kennedy, Hawick, to pastedown.
