FIRST EDITION, 8vo, pp. 319, [1]. Original green cloth, spine lettered in gilt, white dustjacket printed in colour. Dustjacket a little chipped and nicked to edges, a little soiled and damp-marked, particularly to spine-panel. Ownership inscription of Caroline Munro to flyleaf dated Xmas 1969.
