Notes

An early paperback issue of a 1902 adventure novel by prolific author Fergus Hume (1859-1932), who produced over a hundred books but is best-remembered for his first, 'The Mystery of a Hansom Cab', from 1886. It is bound with two other early paperback issues of late Victorian novels.
