Despite the New York imprint, this was printed by The Rampant Lions Press in Cambridge and bound at the Wigmore Bindery. It was the fifth publication in the series of Clover Hill Editions, a collaboration between Will Carter of Rampant Lions and Reed's old BBC colleague Douglas Cleverdon. In addition to the 420 numbered copies a further 110 lettered and signed copies were also produced.
