4to, pp. 354, ii. Original quarter sheep, purple cloth boards, spine divided by raised bands between double blind rules and lettered direct in gilt, other compartments tooled centrally in blind. Toned and spotted. Rubbed, a little worn, particularly to spine ends, board marked.

Notes

The first Polish edition of the first four books of Mill's 1843 work A System of Logic, adapted and translated by Polish novelist Adolf Dygasiński. It is unknown to Library Hub, with Worldcat recording 9 copies, eight in Polish institutions plus a copy in the National Library of Israel.
