Description

ONE OF 600 COPIES, 4to, pp. [viii], 41, [3]. Original grey boards backed in black cloth, printed paper label to front board. Some scattered spotting. Boards slightly bowed, a little soiled and marked, some wear to extremities. Ownership inscription of Austin Rennick OSB to flyleaf.

Notes

One of the regular issue of 500 copies (a further 100 copies were printed on handmade paper) of this devotional work printed by hand on a Stanhope Press popularly supposed to have belonged to William Morris.
