Notes

An exercise book for use of students of philosophy at Cambridge by Miles Bland (1786-1867), best known for his popular mathematical schoolbooks. This copy is an unusual survival in its original binding, and the pattern of opened verses unopened sections indicates that it was read carefully, and predominantly in the sections based on Newton's Principia.
