Notes
A potted history of both the presses themselves and the university's holdings of their materials, with example pages from the works of the presses mentioned reproduced in collotype facsimile. It was printed by university printer Brook Crutchley as the 'Christmas Book' for 1951, an annual tradition between 1930 and 1973 to demonstrate the craftsmanship of the press.
It was reproduced in facsimile in 2013 for members of the Printing Historical Society.
