Original grey cloth, spine and front board blocked in gilt, front board blocked in black and rear in blind. Some spotting and light staining. Lightly shaken overall, cloth rubbed and marked, front hinge cracked, rear hinge stained and almost split. Modern bookplate to front pastedown.
